I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I showed them proof of my itinerary change, but they still wouldn't let me cancel my booking for free. It feels like they're just trying to make money off customers since they aren't getting much business. The room was very dusty, and the only area they've renovated is the front desk. I wouldn't recommend this place to travelers; there are much better hotels nearby. This feels more like a motel than a hotel. Ridiculous.

This is my second stay. The mattress is moderately firm. There is a desk where you can put your computer to do work.
