The location is good, about 5 minutes' walk from the exit of Yau Ma Tei MRT Station!
The room space is not big, but it has everything you need! It's acceptable for one person, but a bit crowded for two people.

The room is extremely small, the quilt, carpet, cups and kettles are all dirty. It's the first time I've stayed in such a bad place. The overall environment is particularly bad. The equipment is shabby and unbearable. The wallpaper is old and damaged. I can understand it, but how can the bedding and bathroom be so terrible!!!
