The room facilities are good, and the lobby is spacious with excellent service! Many foreigners stay here! The most distinctive feature is the breakfast buffet on the 41st floor. The environment is beautiful, offering a full view of Victoria Harbour, including Central and Kowloon Peninsula. The breakfast food is good, and the service is excellent!

A week after the Mid-Autumn Festival, I checked into this hotel again. I had initially asked the front desk to hold a specific room for me, but since it was fully booked, they reserved a room on the floor above. The staff were very thoughtful and polite. The next day, I had breakfast on the 41st floor. I didn't take any photos, but the sea view was absolutely stunning! 😂

The room was very clean and larger than expected. The sea view from the window was beautiful, and we could see the National Day fireworks. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were very friendly. The location is convenient, close to the MTR station, with many convenience stores, supermarkets, Mannings, and restaurants nearby, making shopping very easy.

Because my grandma is old, I rented a wheelchair for her this trip. The guy at the front desk was very kind; seeing we had a wheelchair, he arranged an accessible room for us. The room was small, but the bathroom was large enough for the wheelchair, and the toilet had grab bars, which was convenient for an elderly person to get up. It was very thoughtful. The view of the sea from the 41st floor after 5 PM was also excellent.

The transportation is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the Fortress Hill exit. The front desk service is also very warm and friendly, and the hygiene is acceptable. Due to work, I stay here two days a week.

This veteran five-star hotel offers excellent value for money. It's just a few minutes' walk from Fortress Hill MTR station, and there's even a top-tier Asian coffee shop downstairs. The sea-view room boasts a expansive view of Victoria Harbour, and the room itself is spacious for Hong Kong standards.

An old established hotel with a convenient location. The room was spacious. I was upgraded to a sea-view room with a better view. I had marked 'non-smoking room' on Trip.com, but the hotel said they hadn't received that request, so I ended up on a smoking floor. My organs felt uncomfortable all night.

The staff were very polite and professional, especially Maria at the front desk, who checked me in quickly and accommodated my requests. The pool staff and security were also very friendly, making me want to stay at this hotel again. The interior is a bit dated, of course, but that's not a big issue for me. The room was also quiet and had a sea view. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby for a quick bite, the MTR is 5 minutes away, and there's a bus stop for the airport. It's very convenient for traveling around the island.
