Excellent
My first ever time solo travelling and my first time in a hostel! I’m so glad I chose this one! The staff were excellent and really helpful! Everywhere was spotless! Bathroom was very clean and was cleaned daily! Plenty of activities that the hostel organise for people to go along to if they please! Opportunity to do free tours and museums which can be found on a big black board! Really great times and great memories made! 100% recommend
GGuest UserAncient-style hotel, different design room, large room with closet, very comfortable bed, bathroom size was normal, the location is the best in the historic center near the castle of Warsaw, The staff tried me well to stick that they didn't speak much English, the only bad thing to use the lift must be pressing the button and keep it pressed to get up or down. The hotel has been very comfortable and very comfortable. When walking in the corridor, take care of the stairs why you can go to the ground without d**** count if you get tired of walking at the hotel.
GGuest UserI returned on Sunday (06-06-21) from the ”Sosnowy Club”, where I spent a few successful days of rest in the fairy forest and a careful hotel with a specific name. The biggest pluses ”positive” are: 1. The crew, with a nice, handsome expert in the kitchen and Italian wines, Mr. Marcin! 2. Kitchen (excellent pizza and a flying berry cake) 3. Wine card 4. Adaptation of hotel facilities to a wide range of services 5. Central building architecture 6. Resource microclimate 7. Cool indoor pool Small plus ”negative” : slams-free elevator My opinion, is the result of the landscape shock I experienced after crossing the (a little camouflage) entrance gate leading to the fairy world, Where I looked (unsuccessfully) for the ravens.
I can’t lie, this was a tough stay. I’ve traveled a lot, stayed in a wide range of places, and this was one of the least inviting. It wasn’t smaller than any other small hotel room but my god, it was outdated. There’s a difference between charming/authentic and old/pushing it. The room was this awful green color, the bed frame was about 4 inches off the ground with this super strange tall frame with headboards on both sides from the 1920’s. I’m American, and some of it could have been cultural differences, but I could barely stand to be in the room, it was so weird. I forfeited my last day in this hotel due to the no refund policy because I disliked it so much. It was the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert so the prices must have been hiked up, but I paid almost $900.00 for 4 nights which feels absolutely insane for what I got. I was aware there was no A/C in the room so can’t complain about the heat. I opened the window for 15 minutes and so many moths came in that I stayed up an hour extra to kill all the tiny moths that were landing on my face while I was trying to sleep. I will say the location was fantastic, and the other rooms online look way nicer than my room. I work in service and I know what reviews mean so it’s weird for me to write a poor one but my authentic albeit american suggestion is not to stay here.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is old, the location is not bad, there is a musty smell in the house. It feels tide everywhere. There are mosquitoes. Sound insulation is not very good. The service staff is still enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThe room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more🙌🏼
JJoaquin BI have slept four nights in this hotel and the truth is that I have to say that I have left my experience quite satisfied. In its favor we must highlight its location, it was great, near the train station in a calm and quiet neighborhood. For its price, the room was fine, with no complaints about its spaciousness and comfort. It should be noted that they leave a couple of beers and tea as a gift on the house in the room's fridge. Regarding breakfast, no complaints, they brought it up to the room at the time you wanted and it was good. The people at the reception were dry as is the general rule in hotels in the country but friendly, in fact they had to print my return ticket and they did it quickly. And the price was unbeatable. Aspects to improve: especially the hot water in the bathroom since it only came out lukewarm, it doesn't bother me too much since I'm used to it but more than one would make a claim about it because the water came out really warm at a time when it's not very hot. On the other part of the room they did not do it at any time, I understood that it should be requested at reception, which I do not know if this is due to the pandemic or it is always like that, the garbage that could be generated was collected by me and the remains of breakfast were taken down to reception when I went out every day, anyway I don't know the reasons. In any case, and in short, my stay was very pleasant and for the price I can't complain too much either. I would definitely go back if I didn't want to spend a lot because I thought it was a correct place. By the way, I rate the cleaning as bad since they didn't clean the room at any time since I occupied it but upon my arrival it was like the jets of gold
