"Visited the Hotel in October. Hotel room was warm, cosy and clean Comfortable firm mattress. Plenty of Tea and Coffee. Hair dryer facilities in the room. Food in the White Hart was delicious, definitely recommend the Macaroni cheese and Bacon. All the staff behind the bar were lovely and helpful service was great. Thank you to all the Team."

"We stayed here as 3 families with grandchildren and it was perfect. In the middle of no where with peace and tranquility it was lovely. The grounds and lakes to wander the play ground and animals where great. The lodges were equipped to a good standard and the hog roast o the Sunday evening scrumptious. A good time was had by all as beaches and attractions in easy reach . Recommend this park "

"Booked here as I didn't want to stay in a commercial hotel. As soon as I pulled up, I knew I had made the right decision. Absolutely beautiful setting, so tranquil. Paula, the host, made us feel welcome, right from the start. Continental breakfast is included and plentiful. If you want a cooked breakfast, it's a little extra. Our room was spotless, bright, and airy. The beds were comfortable and lovely bedding. En suite with a bath and shower over! Tea coffee making facilities plus a fridge, microwave,toaster plus all the crockery needed. We ended up staying 2 nights instead of just the 1. All in all. A fantastic host and a fantastic stay. "

The White Hart Hotel ★★
"To call this a hotel is a joke! Had we not pre-paid for the room, we would have left immediately! No curtains, minimalistic furnishings, information file that was incorrect and misleading and the wardrobe consisted of six wire coat hangers on hooks on the wall! Hotel room details of menu costs/prices were less than those charged in the bar! This is disingenuous at best if not verging on the fraudulent. Room guide stated:- Breakfast is served in the main bar between xxxx and xxxx. Nothing of the sort!!! We were to find two cardboard boxes outside our room with allegedly what purported to be breakfast!!! We had ONE CHAIR AND NO TABLE ON WHICH TO EAT T HIS SUPPOSED BREAKFAST!!! We would strongly recommend other tourists NOT TO USE this “facility”. In staying in several small hotels during our tour this summer, this was pleasingly the exception."

"As a family we really enjoyed our stay here. The site had very pretty views and we loved the amount of wildlife we saw daily. The host was lovely from what I have heard. I think we arrived at a rather busy moment and we was ushered to our rental. I'd really like to just pre warn anyone who stays here that the adverts all over the websites are very misleading. Firstly there is no bar. This is clearly stated on the site we booked with clearly showing photos as well. There are no daily eggs for sale. This is not a big deal but it is advertised. There is also no WiFi. The WiFi is not active at all.. you will be lucky to get any kind of signal at all. This is obviously the area itself but to advertise WiFi and it not be available is misleading. We had really booked this place because of the onsite bar and pool table so this is the main reason it's not getting more rating. It was quite disappointing. It's a long way to good shops so having this would have made our evenings much nicer. On the plus side if you can travel then I highly recommend a visit to strawberry fields farm shop. It's amazing!"

"Lovely little B&B on the border of devon & Cornwall. We stayed here as a family of 4 the room was clean tidy and homely. The lady who runs it is very accommodating & welcoming 😊 Dog friendly Children friendly, in a perfect location. The one & only thing this was disappointing was that there was no farm animals. This was beyond their control but we would love to come back once they have them back as the kids would of enjoyed their stay even more 😊 Lastly although the breakfast was an additional cost it most certainly was worth it. Great sausages all cooked to perfection :-) Would we stay again? YES 😉 🐄🐖🐔🦙"
