Hola!!! Gracias por ser pet friendly y aceptarnos con nuestro perrito !!! Nos encantó visitar Aruma Ha!! Estaba súper cerca del mercado y de la zona centro así que pudimos movernos sin tener que tomar taxi, aunque son cabañas muy sencillas la atención estuvo excelente y pudimos adquirír una de sus promociones y nos salió a súper buen precio !!! Muchas gracias!

Be prepared to be scammed by invented "tourists taxes." If you talk to other tourists and locals on the island, you will find out there is no such thing, certainly not to the extent that is charged. Bring an extra 500-1000 pesos in cash and see if you can get a receipt. A raccoon family lives there, don't be afraid of them. People feed them so they are comfortable around people (they don't have rabies!). If you leave food in your garbage can outside your door, they will probably visit, and who can blame them.

El hotel, la estancia, el servicio, la atencion, todo estuvo excelente. El clima no fue bueno con nosotros, por lo que no pudimos diafrutar mucho. Pero en cuanto al hotel, todo estuvo perfecto. El personal super amable.

Location is ok, nice and quiet. You can walk to the beach and centre, but I would advice you to rent a bike. They also rent bikes, but very crappy ones to be honest. Also bring your own lights if possible. Because at night biking with those bad roads is handy. We had the upper room. The beds sleeps good. The showerhead needs to be replaced. It went all over the bathroom.

les photos sont un peu trompeuses et embellies.
la piscine est toute petite et aucun amenagement autour. pas de transat et des cailloux qui font mal aux pieds.
on ne nous a pas tenu au courant des amenagements a notre arrivee. nous avons decouvert le jour de notre depart qu on pouvez se servir de la bouilloire dans un lieu collectif nous pensions que c etait pour les proprietaires.
personnel tres gentil mais qui fait du bruit dans la piscine jusqu a 23h avec un enfant qui hurle (il ne joue pas il hurle) c est derengeant. impossible de dormir.
on entend tous les deplacement de la personne du dessus. tres mal isolee.
tres mal dormi pendant le sejour.
trop cher pour ce que c est.

Bel hotel, petite piscine agreable en fin de journee.
Rebecca a la réception est tres sympathique et nous renseigne bien sur l ile.
Situation excentrée (10min a pieds) alors c est calme mais on a la promenade a travers les dechets pour aller à la ville.
Quand meme trop cher meme pour Holbox.
