Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, notre séjour s’est très bien passé.
Le personnel est très sympathique, arrangeant et disponible pour toute demande de renseignement.
Le centre-ville est accessible à 20 min à pied, avec une balade sympathique le long de la plage.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel à taille humaine.

Un lugar especial, con muy buena energía. Las habitaciones muy cuidadas y limpias. Las clases de yoga con Lali súper relajantes. La terraza donde se practica es maravillosa, con el mar a un lado y la selva al otro. Los dueños y el personal muy atentos.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel. Tucked at the end of the beach. Quiet,clean, good breakfast. The staff is personable and helpful. We stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Would come back.

Quiet, quaint hotel. Kind service staff, fun continental breakfast. Smart tv didnt work and wifi wasnt good but a trip like this not sure if that is important to many. Everything else was amazing!

Excelente Hotel boutique, un lugar increíble, alejado del ruido del centro, habitación muy cómoda con muchos detalles, desayuno muy completo y personal súper amable. La playa está a 50 metros y es la mejor de la isla, justo en esa zona comienza el banco de arena para ir a punta mosquitos, un paseo inolvidable.

Bon, les plus : Jolie chambre quoiqu'un peu petite, Petite terrasse privative agréable, Jolie petite piscine, Petit déjeuner comme partout (oeufs cuisinés à votre goût, salade de fruits, toast, yaourt), Excellente literie et lit King size vraiment King size. Les moins : Pas de chaises longues de plage et ça c'est très casse pieds, on n'est pas loin, mais pas sur la plage ( à ce prix là ça devrait être possible de réserver pour ses hôtes des chaises longues dans les beach club du coin), Un peu loin du centre mais en passant par la plage ce n'est pas très grave, Franchement très cher pour les prestations, Un petit côté radin, bouteilles d'eau facturées, (ça c'est un comble), 400 mx$ facturés pour réserver une activité (ridicule), Pas d'attention particulière, rien pour se protéger des moustiques, même pas des moustiquaires, pas de prises anti-moustiques, On vous accueille en vous disant qu'on vous facturera 25 $ (pas mx$) si vous perdez la clef et 25 $ si vous tachez vos draps. Alors là c'est trop ! Rien de prévu pour faciliter votre départ (mise à disposition de douche par exemple), Un personnel correct mais sans aucun excès, mis à part les gentilles femmes de ménage, Un service bar et grignotage serait vraiment un plus. Et partout des petits messages zen alors que la vraie devise de l'hôtel c'est "money, money, monde" En résumé, il doit y avoir beaucoup mieux ailleurs..

L hôtel est vraiment hors de prix par rapport aux prestations . Petit déjeuner moins bon que le formule 1 en france.industriel et aucun choix. Aucun accueil de la propriétaire même pas un bonjour. C est absolument lamentable. Le personnel n est pas qualifié et certainement sous payé. L hôtel est extrêmement bruyant voiturette du matin au soir Aucune insonorisation. La propriétaire propose du yoga payant...bien-sûr. Elle ferait bien de méditer sur l accueil de ses clients, de son personnel de son petit déjeuner épouvantable et du prix de la chambre. Sans parler de l odeur nauséabonde des Sargasses dans la chambre. De toute façon holbox est condamnée au tourisme de masse ,sale bruyant polluée loin de la carte postale tant vantée. Je ne supporte plus ce genre d endroit . Quel dommage.

Nice small hotel with excellent staff, especially Julio was a pleasure to meet. At first we were a little disappointed when we arrived, but the place grew on us 😊 It is very beautiful and well kept! Hot water works! WiFi works! Pool works! It’s super quiet and a good walk from town but close to other hotel restaurants. The breakfast is simple and nice and all you need to start the day! It’s not on the beach but 2 minutes away - unfortunately the beach was covered in seaweed at this time, so we (on recommendation from Julio) went to a beach club at another hotel. On top of the main house is a Shala that we used for afternoon workouts. And there are raccoons that comes to the balcony 🙈 Only bad thing is the beds, that are memory foam and that makes them SUPER soft - not at good thing for a 200lb man… Luckily O could take a nap on the pool chairs…
