The Mansion Hoi An by Minova

We stayed for 3 nights. There was no cleaning for all the days, to which the staff said that we need to ask for the room to be cleaned, also next to the house with household goods, there was a terrible smell, the breakfasts were average. The staff is friendly and helpful

Location: It's relatively remote. You have to take Grab to get around. It takes about ten minutes to get to the lively area. There's not much to do nearby. The small spa shop next to it is very expensive (don’t go there) Environment: I went for the private swimming pool. It was nice to take pictures in that pool, but it was outdoor after all. There were definitely some small insects, and it was very hot and burned my buttocks; the inside of the room was very dilapidated! ! ! There is also a smell, and it is small, and there is no place to put the suitcase. The toilet is also dim and dark. The towels are all dark and old, and I dare not use them. The bathtub is also dark, and there are no disposable slippers. People use them repeatedly. I didn’t dare to wear flip-flops: the air conditioner was also bad, and it was so hot and cold that I couldn’t stand it. And when blowing on the head of the bed, you can only cover your head with the quilt, otherwise the blowing will cause a sensitive nose and headache! Service: In fact, it is not up to hotel standards at all. It can only be used as a B&B. There is no service at all. I only saw 2 waiters, who were not enthusiastic and did not help with luggage. Food: This room type has floating breakfast, which is quite rich! Lots of fruit! Summary: You can stay one night for the purpose of checking in and taking photos. After all, the price of this Alex room type is much more expensive than that of local hotels.

It was a very nice hotel. Just looking at the pool site from my room is very relaxing. The staff are all very kind and friendly. I want to stay here again. Staying here makes me love Hoi An even more.

There were a few ants, but The accommodation is really pretty. I’m satisfied!!! They brought me breakfast in the morning and it was okay!

This is a big villa, with about a dozen rooms.

Nice boutique hotel with two cute swimming pools. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was neat and clean and we could cycle on the free bicycle. Breakfast was also fine! The beach and town are very easy to reach by bicycle.

This Hotel is overpromising, their site seems magnificent but in reality this hotel is falling into ruin, it would really need a refresh, to review its almost non-existent breakfast menus, to review the management of its site a little. We also had a room overlooking on the very noisy road, in short we fell into the trap while looking at this site which seemed wonderful
