The accommodation is in a good location to walk to the old town and the night market. The staff were friendly, but the owner (who seemed to be the owner) sat at the table with an acquaintance for almost an hour at the breakfast restaurant and kept chatting until I finished my meal. It was noisy and I wondered why they were doing that. I think they should have been more considerate to the customers so that they could eat comfortably, but the breakfast restaurant was not that big, and they had a table right next to the customers... I wonder if this is not a normal culture here, but anyway, it was an unpleasant memory.
Another thing that was impressive was that they kept the pool clean from early in the morning, around 5~6am.
For breakfast, you get a paper with a menu that you can choose between Asian and American food. If you check what you want to eat and give it to the desk in advance, they will prepare it for you the next morning.
Well, it was neither a good nor a bad choice.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. The room is spacious and clean, although it feels a little old. Our room was on the first floor, but it was right in front of the pool, so it may be noisy during the day if people are in it. My friend and I shared a room, but the bathtub was in the room, so it's a perfect hotel for couples. Breakfast was a choice, not a buffet. The staff were very helpful in arranging and negotiating with us about taxis, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing without any problems.

There is a western restaurant with spaghetti next to it
It takes about 35 to 40 minutes by car to Da Nang.
