晚上1點到達酒店，門口各種圍欄雜亂無章，順着指引到達地下停車場，非常不起眼的一扇鐵門。夜間值班的服務員還算熱情服務，但是沒有提醒我任何入住細節，比如早餐幾點結束，有沒有停車之類的。定的套間，到了房間驚了，一進門客廳居然一個大床，卧室還是一間大床，這麼大房間沒有衣櫃，在牆根立着極其簡陋的衣架，裝修不合理，浴室門居然可以磕到馬桶。到了第二天最令人不滿意，告知我酒店沒有停車場，需要自費停車費，然後他們自己都不知道是幾星酒店，第一個人説五星，第二個人説四星，在我看來，服務次過快捷酒店。所有意見希望能夠改進。

温德姆鑽石會員強烈建議大家能不住就不要住。
1.酒店停車要收費。凌晨1點左右入住的，住到早上8點多，收了30塊。住的久的不知道要收多少，大家注意一下
2. 温德姆鑽石會員入住，明顯有套房不給套，理由是“要洗地毯，無法升套”。理由太有説服力了，我無法反駁。然後我加了前台微信，發現在私底下賣套房。呵呵
3.在酒店遺落了物品，收拾完房間沒有告知我。本人離開呼和浩特的第二天，才發現遺落了，我主動打電話才説，是有遺落了物品的，可以“快遞到付”寄給我。如果我不打電話，這個物品就被酒店佔為己有了。
4.早餐吃完肚子疼，一天精力全浪費了
