"First impression was not good. The entrance foyer had very strange smell. The kind you would encounter and you think you made a bad hotel decision. There is no one at the front desk and eventually “What do you need” came from the back. The woman was a little salty through the whole process. Medium salty. I never saw anyone at the desk the 6 times I went past. The room was fine. Spacious, no smell and the bed was OK. I think the television is a 30 inch —one of the smallest I’ve seen in a long, long time. Floor was filthy. Breakfast was a joke. Eggs had American cheese all through it and the other dish never came, although the woman in charge said something (unintelligible) was coming. Good location. Tolerable room but once was enough. the side entrance foyers REAK of cigarette smoke to the point of needing to hold your breath as you pass through."

When I checked in they had changed my booking without me knowing, they said it was the 3rd party booking that made the mistake, when I called Trip, they never took responsibility. So neither took responsibility. I had to pay for another room as the double beds rooms were all booked out, even though I had a booking..."
