First, I really love Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort so much. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the lake and the mountain. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the lake. It felt like around the lake, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. If someone wants to visit the village of the Thai ethnic people, they could directly walk down along the lake within 10 minutes. The resort's restaurant really serves delicious food and drinks. I always remember the grilled bamboo chicken with chili salt. I thank the kitchen team and the head chef for giving me and my honey delicious meals. When I come Mai Chau Hideaway Lake resort, I find myself in nature. The view of this lake looks as beautiful as Ha Long Bay. Our stay at the resort was for 7 days. Everyday here is a memorable experience with me. I will go back this place with my family. I stayed in a very new and clean villa, equipped with amenities like a regular house, with a swimming pool, kitchen, large bathroom and bathtub. However, at that time, the hotel did not operate accompanying services such as boating or fishing, so there were no activities. The hotel also did not notify us in advance that they were not operating even though I mentioned these activities when asking. consultation before booking. So even though the space was beautiful, the family's experience was quite boring and felt it was not worth the cost. We hope the hotel will improve and be more clear with guests.

I can't say enough about the Melia at BaVi. It was Fantastic!! The rooms were really nice, the food excellent, the surroundings beautiful. But it was the service that set it apart. All of the staff went out of their way to serve to their utmost. They prepared our room with complimentary food and decorations for our anniversary. They picked us up in a cart when it was raining. They arranged our last minute massages to meet our needs. And they were kind and helpful with our children. Absolutely wonderful!
