The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.

This place is clean, spacious (the air conditioner is very cold enough😊👍🤓) very convenient for a long stay because M Villa has a washing machine for you to use. It's just a little inconvenient because this place closes at 9:00 pm, it's inconvenient to go out and come back, you have to call the staff to open the door. If you go for a long time, you will save quite a bit, not having to stay at an expensive hotel.

Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Hotel in close to river, though area is very modern. A lot of the attractions seem to be around 1-1.5km away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was disappointing that we could access the sky bar as it was all closed at 8pm, though it’s advertised as being open till 10pm. I Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to its location for me personally it’s a bit far out, but this is a personal decision and nothing against the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were really great

Staying at this hotel was a delight. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a building in a busy area. There are chain coffee shops and supermarkets downstairs, and there are many local restaurants next to it. It is very convenient for eating, traveling and shopping. The boss is very nice. When we arrived, he helped us to change money and solve various travel problems. The room facilities are also very complete. It is especially suitable for family or friends to stay on vacation. It is not far from the scenic spot. You can take a taxi across the bridge to get there. Next time I come, I will choose to stay here again.
