More of a three-star hotel that sells itself at a higher price. A lot of things are showing their age. My room was right next to the elevator machine room, which made it difficult to sleep. For breakfast, the coffee was lukewarm, which was warmed up in the cup when I complained (probably in the microwave). The staff wanted me to rate the hotel immediately and wanted to help me (and almost ripped the phone out of my hand). When I said that I wanted to rate the hotel myself in peace, my booking was marked as a "no-show" so that I could not leave a review. The many good reviews (which was the reason for my booking) are definitely manipulated.
