Review:
Extremely disappointing experience.
• Wrong address: The apartment is located at Landmark 4, not Landmark 81 as indicated.
• Misleading view: View of the street and not of the tower as promised.
• Unacceptable cleanliness: The accommodation was in a deplorable state, the dirtiest I have ever seen.
• Stained and torn towels.
• Stained and insect-infested bed sheets.
• Sticky floor, impossible to walk without feeling a deep disgust.
• Failure to keep promises: The floor assigned was extremely low, when it was supposed to be high according to the reservation.
Good point: The neighborhood is nice, but that does not make up for the overall experience.
To be avoided absolutely. It is a disgrace for an establishment to claim to offer this level of service.

This is a BnB type apartment, located in an apartment building next to the 81st floor of the Landmark Tower.
Check-in was done through a chat app, and I added the customer service WeChat. It seems that local apps like ZALO can also be used. The check-in process was a bit bumpy, and I had to ask where the taxi was before I was told. But in the end, it was quite convenient to connect and check in smoothly.
The room basically has everything an apartment should have, and there is a washing machine on the balcony. The bed is just a mat, and you can feel the springs when you lie down, but it is not bad for sleeping.

This time we stayed in the landmarks plus building. This room is relatively new and very comfortable to live in. It has a three-bedroom apartment and there is a gs25 downstairs. It is also very convenient for shopping.

I chose this place to go sightseeing near Landmark 81 and I am very satisfied. The room is big and it was a different experience from just staying at a hotel. There is also a mart nearby so you can cook for yourself.
