A hotel with a special sense of design in the city center, the design is a bit like the Gaudi House in Spain. The bathroom shower room is interesting, practical and reasonable, which is very pleasing. The service is even better. There is free afternoon tea at 14:00 every afternoon. It is very comfortable to gaze at the city from the window!

It was a hotel near Ben Thanh Market. It was very clean and they even upgraded the room, so I think I had a very comfortable stay. It was the best for the price.

Upon check in, tea & snacks were served by the staffs. After you’re done, a staff would bring you to your room. Our initial room had a faulty lock so we called for service but there were communication challenges, as the staff couldn’t understand English well, and her tone was harsh and annoyed. When she came to the room, she realised the issue, called the servicing team to fix it. About 3-4 guys came but couldn’t fix it. We waited quite a while because they took turns to fix. They eventually got us a different room and the lock could work. Despite the hiccup, the other staffs were friendly & welcoming. Breakfast spread was good too.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the attractions you want to visit. The service is also very good. They will take the initiative to help with luggage. The most surprising thing is that it is a top-notch restaurant with very fancy decoration.

The hotel is located in a centralised location and it's really easy to get to ben thanh market, and the nearby amenities. Lots of good food nearby. Downside is car cant stop in front of the hotel as it's a busy road. So need to come down before car arrives.
