Is horrible management ! Not reliable . Room are not available when arriving the hotel dated 19oct2024 . Downgrade other replacement hostel with extra charge plan water

The sheets and quilts felt greasy to the touch, and the smell of enzymes in the room was very strong. The pictures of the hotel were seriously inconsistent with the actual pictures. It was really a bit unscrupulous!
We took one look at the room and immediately changed hotels. We couldn't bear it at all, and they didn't give us a refund. It didn't matter, as long as we didn't get sick!

Terrible hotel. Run down and tired. Staff are too busy their phones to offer any service. Reception area is a mess with rubbish at the entry and stairwell. Entire hotel needs an overhaul. Rooms need a good clear and refurbish.
