This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

So we arrived at this hotel yesterday 14.11.2019. Receptionist lady was polite. When we get to our room the wall paper is ripped everywhere. There is cobwebs, stained sheet and a dirty bathroom. We thought ok maybe we change rooms its only three nights. We left the room and the corridor was disgustingly dirty- Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. We went to reception and the reception was somebody different very ignorant. Told us to take a seat. On waiting and looking around we saw more dirt dust and grime everywhere. We sat for about 5 mins and then a massive Rat ran right past our feet inside the hotel. I got straight on my phone and booked another hotel within 2 mins walking distance. We went back upstairs to get or suitcase and the lift was not working turns out when we could get in a man was oiling it- How dangerous. On telling the ignorant reception we were go to an new hotel they didn’t even ask why. I can see this being because they are used to this happening. Avoid all cost a real health hazard. Wouldn't even give one star but couldn't do none

Hotel crews and staff mostly in their restaurant area are so nice. They are very friendly and helpful. They are very accomodating, kudos. Will surely recommend this even for solo travelers.

The sign at the door is not very eye-catching, but there is a coffee shop next door. Just find the coffee shop and you will arrive.

I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

Hotel did not have the best location as it was located in a small alley which only fits one car. the area surrounding had some loud political announcements happening in the early morning which wasn’t the best thing to hear at 7 am in the morning. The hotel was very inside the room. loved the aesthetic room features . love the shower as it had a ceiling solarium which let the sun light in.

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

best location, 5mins drive away from the airport, and safe to walk around. no need to worry for food, jz go out and walk a little and u will find so many food establishments. also there are nearby spa. the room is clean, but i would suggest to change their towels. already old and had served their purpose. variety of meat to serve for breakfast is good.

It’s super near the airport. Very clean and spacious for the price paid. My window was facing the building but I stayed here last night of my trip so it’s fine. The shower gel smells amazing. Would stay here again as transit in future. Near to supermarket and food shops. Just a bit far to District 1 bout 20 mins away

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell
