It was a very nice stay for us. There was a caring and helpful service at the reception and in the restaurant. The food was very very good. Most importantly, the hotel staff was friendly, cheerful and respectful. It is a hotel with a warm atmosphere where you can come with your family and even feel at home.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Radisson blu mount Erciyes. The hotel is brand new, modern and tasteful. The Kartin ski lift is now open which makes the access to the slopes and the neighboring gates (Develi and Tekir and beyond). The staff at the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. We would like to make a special reference to Ms. Nisa Akcali at guest relations, who during our stay was providing us information and assisting on any needs we might have but amazingly also helped us retrieve a lost item from the Kayseri airport after our departure. And for which we will be forever grateful. Thank you Nisa and the rest of the Radisson blu Mount Hotel! We will definitely see you soon!

We had an amazing stay at this ski hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the slopes, but if you prefer, the hotel also provides convenient shuttle services. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day on the mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the food – a varied and delicious selection every day, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, everything was super! A fantastic place to stay for a ski trip, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Spend a week there mainly for skiing and trips all around. The staff is super kind, always smiled and chitchatted with us. Restaurant is 10/10, absolute wow! 🤩 Our dear friend had a birthday during the stay, “big thanks to Aleksandra!” who helped us to celebrate his 50th anniversary by singing a song and sharing a birthday cake!🎂🤩

Танер - профессионал, супер ответственный человек, позаботился о нашем комфорте. Также, организовал сервис - за нами всегда приезжала машина, забирала с горки, из отеля и привозила обратно. Седат - парень на рецепции, говорит по-русски/англ, приветливый, всегда готов помочь. Девушки балийки, Адель, Луни, Улан, делают хороший массаж. После горки, мягкая сауна и массаж - то что нужно. Благодарим за релакс! Our first experience with Lavanda Luxury spa & beauty was at Erciyes Hill Hotel. The spa manager Taner arranged everything for us, including a shuttle -we were picked up from our hotel and were drove back. He is a super responsible and professional person. Thanks to him, we didn’t worry about anything. The receptionist, Sedat, speaks Russian/English, he’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage by Adel, Luni, Ulan. After skiing, a sauna and a relaxing massage is right what you need!
