Left the hotel as soon as we checked-in. The rooms were dirty, the bed linens were dirty and oil spilled. Rooms were full of cigarette smoke smell. Staff refused to change the bed sheets and did not helped in any way

room is neat and clean,but there is no electricity entire night. this distrubing our sleep and comfort. overall experience could be better if electricity problem is not happened.
