War mit unserem Dackel und Golden Retriver im Appartement auf Kurzurlaub hier. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbares Essen, herrliche Umgebung für Ruhesuchende, sehr tierfreundlich! Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich kann mich allen vorangegangen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Nette Leute, gemütliche Zimmer (auch wir konnten uns eines aussuchen), sehr gutes Essen und Haushund Lissy hätte ich am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen :-) Das in der Nähe liegende Lipizzaner Gestüt in Piber war auch einen Besuch wert!

I spent four nights there while I attended the Austrian GP in Spielberg. The drive to Spielberg isn't bad, over a mountain with a gravel road. I was delighted with my stay. The family which owns and operates it is very friendly and they do everything. I was impressed by the industry of the family of the neighborhood--it was time to take in the hay and they worked tirelessly to get it in before the rain. The attention to the Gasthof is similar. It was spotless, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations. I had something different every night, and a grillparty on the weekend. Plenty of choices. Breakfast was included of course, and it was also tremendous. I can't say enough good things about it.

Herzlicher Empfang, kostenfreies Upgrade da eine Ferienwohnung zu unserem Zeitpunkt frei war, mega leckeres Essen, super Portionen Ein Ort, um die Ruhe zu genießen, sich von Wanderungen zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen Tierische Nachbarn wie Lamas, Miniponys und den Haushund Lissy Für Jung und Alt eine Empfehlung wert

.... Mitten im Wandergebiet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der Chefin und wir durften uns sogar das Zimmer aussuchen, und das war einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen, sauber, hell, sehr gute Betten. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet mit Wurst, Schinken, Käse, frischem Obst und Gemüse, sehr gute natürliche Fruchtsäfte und Honig von einer nahe gelegen Imkerei. Am Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen, uns hat es sehr geschmeckt. Kurz gesagt wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder wenn es uns in die Gegend verschlägt.

Es gibt vorzügliches und ausreichendes Frühstück. Das freundliche Personal, gibt gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsziele und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, es passt einfach alles! Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!

My family and I have been visiting the Gasthof Spengerwirt for many years and absolutely love the wonderful hospitality of this authentic family run hotel that is set in the most beautiful Austrian countryside. The food is traditional, plentiful and delicious and the rooms provide for comfortable and clean accommodation. This is the perfect base to explore the Styria region. We shall return!
