Restaurant ausgebucht obwohl Gäste dort natürlich auch essen müssen. Kein Lieferservice, erst nach 1000 Diskussion haben wir Nudeln bekommen, damit wir nicht verhungern.

Abendessen in Schichten, war vor der Buchung nicht bekannt, wurden mit Kind am Anreisetag um 20:15 Uhr eingebucht, schlechtes Restaurant zw. Frühstück und Abendessen, CesarSalat mit Speck ;-(; Kaiserschmarn o.ä. war nicht machbar, Außenpool zu kalt, Sup.Panoram Zimmer für 3 Personen zu wenig Stauraum,Skiraum viel zu klein, keine Kleiderhacken, grausam, Personal nicht Flexibel, buchen dieses Hotel nie mehr

Dieses Hotel hinterlässt den Eindruck, dass es primär auf Gewinnmaximierung ausgelegt ist, anstatt auf Kundenzufriedenheit. Die Qualität des Essens und die Freundlichkeit des Personals können die zahlreichen organisatorischen Mängel und den mangelnden Komfort nicht aufwiegen. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet und werde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider und das ist meine und damit eine subjektive Meinung , ist das Hotel gefüllt eine Jugendherberge zum Preis eines Luxushotels. Das ist natürlich eine drastische Beschreibung, aber für Euro 1200 ,- pro Tag für 2 Personen erwarte ich etwas anderes .

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Zimmer (Haus 1, 3. Stock) mit Blick auf die Berge hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere ein bequemes Bett, genug Stauraum/Schränke, eine gefüllte Minibar, ein kleines, aber schönes Bad und eine abgetrennte Toilette. Alles bestens! Auch der Pool ist sehr schön, wenn auch nicht sehr groß. Uns war er an den heißen Tagen fast zu warm (30°), aber wenn es kälter ist, ist das sicher angenehm. Die Saunen haben wir nicht benutzt, sehen aber gut aus. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück bietet für alle das Passende. Auch das Abendessen ist sehr gut - mit einer Einschränkung: Ein Gang ist die Salatbar. Diese lässt jedoch sehr viel zu wünschen übrig und ist für ein Haus dieser Güte nicht angemessen bestückt. Außer diversen Blattsalaten gibt es nur noch Toppings, aber weder Tomaten noch anderes Salatgemüse. Außerdem kann es passieren, dass die Vorspeise schon gebracht wird, wenn man noch beim Salat ist. Und eine zweite Anmerkung: Die Bar ist zwar schön, aber außer der Karte beim Abendessen gibt es keine weiteren Getränke, insbesondere keine Cocktails. Fazit. Bis auf die zwei Kritikpunkte ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem überaus freundlichen Empfang, sehr schönen Zimmern, einem guten Wellnessbereich/Pool und einer wunderbaren Lage in der Nähe zu zwei Seilbahnen in Hinterglemm.

Schönes Hotel + Zimmer, den beheizten Pool haben wir sehr gemocht, toller Ausblick, freundliches Personal, das Abendessen ist ausbaufähig, jeden Tag die gleiche Speisekarte, gleicher Salat Würde wieder hinfahren, aber keine Halbpension mehr buchen
