Comfortable bedding and shower, with hot water available at all times upon request during the day. But room size is too small and cramped, with no window/view and the double bed taking up the whole place. Balcony too faces another building and you can only see a very tiny ***** of the road. Service is decent. Breakfast was non-existent; they kept ordering it from outside and did not make it in the hotel kitchen because there weren't enough guests, apparently. Only tea is made in the kitchen and is average. The lounge/reception area is spacious enough with a sofa and the location is nice, with loads of restaurants/food courts and shops around. It's a students' PG/hostel area and is cheap and affordable (I paid only approx Rs 1100 per night with breakfast). But their staff does not do the accounts properly. I had to reclarify the amount multiple times and argue over the amount payable as per the bill. This wasted a lot of time. In the *********** site receipt, the total amount showed as inclusive of taxes. But on the FAB SRH booking page on their site, they added tax. This is not done as *********** was the first site of purchase for me. It was rectified, but their attitude was not proper. I hope they avoid such a discrepancy in the future. All in all, it's worth staying if you are on a short/budget trip and need to be in this part of Pune.
