We had a lovely night stay with our young child. The room was lovely, staff were happy, polite and helpful! We will definitely come back!

Great hotel, very clean and modern. We stayed in one of the suits and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Very disappointed after booking on wowcher for my son for a birthday treat for £102 that on arrival he was told that he could use the pool and spa if he paid an extra £10 each for himself and his fiancé he also mentioned that the towels smelled stale and the breakfast was very poor , totally disappointed, Mr Callaghan

Friendly staff. Lovely room. Food excellent. Wine not expensive, though limited list. Leisure pool excellent. Would recommend it for a stay near Leicester. We were very impressed. Location is great not far from major motorways. Lounge area comfortable and Irish coffee was excellent.

The best service and treatment thanks to gahan Emma Chloe and Abby highly recommend this team very hardworking and helpful will be back soon and recommend to others. Coffee was good too and a calm environment clean and friendly, seems a gem !!

Very friendly staff and when I needed to check on details of my booking Sarah on reception was very helpful 😊 we stay there when visiting family as it’s convenient and get to use the pool and sauna. Breakfasts are also very tasty which is an added bonus!

We stayed in a junior suite, which was lovely and big, including a double shower. Lovely and clean with plenty of refreshments. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and clean with plenty of choices in the evenings and breakfast. The two people who stood out for us were Phoenix and Millie. They were very friendly and helpful in serving us. Excellent customer service at every point. Thank you both for making our time special.

Place is lovely,food is great,rooms spacious very clean, brilliant spa.we had very relaxing overnight stay,first time at sketchley grange hotel and spa.couple of mixups on last day at spa but Emma who works in spa and bar in hotel sorted it.
