"We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting. Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests. Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!"

"Our recent stay at Nia Boutique Hotel surpassed all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a sleek and modern interior. Very nice small hotel. Good services and nice breakfast. The rooftop was the most special thing. Great food and service. Amazing view and atmosphere. The waiters were super welcoming and they assist us on our order as well."

"The hotel is extremely well located! There's the option of a sea view. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is delicious. However, there's no parking available, apart from the small free parking lot 20 meters away, which isn't always full. The female staff are very friendly and welcoming, quite unlike the manager. The hotel is poorly insulated; you can hear everything in the hallways and outside. But I still recommend this hotel!"

"Our family of 6 stayed here 5 nights on our trip to Albania. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. There is a nice pool and the location is perfect. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice walking distance to the boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. Free laundry service and parking."

"After much deliberation and thanks to AI(!!) I chose this hotel. We were in room 9. Upon entering it was beautiful clean and great view. We had a lot of issues which the lovely receptionist tried to sort out straight away but I was less than impressed for what I paid and the problems that happened. On first night the bathroom flooded. I advised receptionist shower was blocked water wasn’t going down but she insisted it’s ok just to have shower so I did and then she had to come up and mop our floor. Then my son had to shower and she was going to leave me the bucket and mop which I told her I wasn’t going to do this so she waited with me for my son to flood bathroom and mop after him. I went to use the hairdryer and when I lifted it from the cradle it sparked so I pulled plug out of wall and the hairdryer melted due to heat. I was given a replacement one. Now I have the maintenance guy and receptionist in my room with my son and I on our first evening. The TV didn’t work at all during our time there and was in fact unplugged from the wall, probably for this reason, and the egg swing chair on balcony was so eroded it was due to snap. They were not able to give me a refund of any kind but I did enjoy a free dinner on the hotel. On our last night (only stayed 3 nights) water was dripping everywhere making a puddle as the bottle on the porch hadn’t been emptied and was now overflowing into the room. I’m sorry for the receptionist Really nice breakfast and the dinner was good although a little over cooked seafood. Amazing location. Though due to the faults I experienced and the price paid I wouldn’t stay again. Which is a shame because great location! But plenty more around."

"A modern comfortable hotel with an enormous pool area. They also have a private beach a few minutes walk or a quick shuttle. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful service. Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent, A fine chef oversees an excellent restaurant for dinner, and the complimentary breakfast buffet provides an ample and delicious breakfast."
