"do not recommend! 1 elevator does not work and the other elevator is very sketchy...so asked to move to bottom floor...the room we were moved to had a dead bug in it...tub was dirty and the drain did not work in it...told the front desk so they were supposed to fix the drain and clean the room...all housekeeping did was put in garbage sacks and make the beds...rooms need updated"

"The location is excellent and parking is free, very convenient, and the decor is very nice. However, our room wasn't cleaned for several days; they kept ignoring us. I asked for a hairdryer because it wasn't provided in the room, and I had to come back another day because they still hadn't brought it. The staff (not all of them; the cafeteria and maintenance staff are super friendly) are quite curt and unfriendly; they seemed to mind working and were inattentive."
