Had 5 rooms booked for our daughter's wedding. The reception staff couldn't have been nicer. Helpful and kind. Rooms and beds were comfortable and breakfast good. A few suggestions would be to check fridges and Aircon works. And to replace curtains as they don't currently block the morning sun well (style over substance). Hope to be back next year!

Practical hotel to live at during a shooting competition in the area. Nice personal. We didn't get to eat breakfast this time, but it was good last year. The only thing we missed this time was that the fridge was running and cool when we got there.

Sure, here's a simpler version: We chose this hotel because it was close to a sports event we were attending. Sadly, we didn't like the design or how comfortable it was. We expected more for what we paid. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The restaurant had good food, but the place looked bad. Overall, we wouldn't suggest this hotel if you want a nice place to stay. Convienient if you look for a place close to the big event hall.

I often go to Best Western Hillerod for professional trips. This hotel have basic style, but it is very clean and close to office (20 minutes walk). It is also not far way from Hillerod center & Castle (15-20 minutes walk) Staff is extremelly nice, rooms are quiet

Good food for breakfast, clean rooms, kind personnel, the internet connection would be great if it was a little bit fast. It's a good thing that reception is 24/7 available (if there are any concerns)

Muy caro para lo que ofrecia. Habitación y desayuno muy normales. No hay indicaciones en Español y nadie habla Español. 185 euros por dormir y ducharte me parece un poco elevado , pero es lo único medio decente que había por la zona. Evidentemente no esperéis encontar en Dinamarca una oferta hotelera como en España y a nuestros precios.

This is an older hotel under the Best Western brand, and its dated quality extends to the attitudes of its staff. On a sunny day, the room gets very warm. Since the building is probably well insuated, it stays that way. There's no air conditioning, and when I went downstairs to ask for a fan, I was told they were all out. So I was stuck sleeping with the windows flung wide open, but no real change in temperature. There's also no vending machines, and their restaurant closes early. I asked the elderly woman at the reception desk if I could please have some ice water. She obliged, nicely enough. I went downstairs a couple hours later and made the same request to the gentleman who replaced her on a new shift. He asked if the previous woman had charged me. I said "no". He said he'll see what he could do. He came back with some ice water, but before handing it to me, made sure I understood that this was the last free one I would get, and he'd have to charge me from now on. I stayed in my room the rest of the night, and vowed never to stay at this hotel again when I'm in Denmark.

Customer service was great. Breakfast excellent. Good location next to bus and supermarket. Price highly expensive not worth the actual hotel facilities. Rooms very poor, small beds, small bathroom, poor quality of toilet paper, no air condition.
