When I checked in, the Japanese waiter rolled his eyes🙄! ! ! It was a terrible experience! It ruined my whole day trip! ! ! The cable car was out of service and I had nowhere to go for the whole day. I asked the front desk to help call a taxi to Biei. It was originally said that the hotel would pick me up in 15 minutes, but I waited for an hour and 15 minutes because of the heavy snow. During this period, I went to the front desk to inquire 3 times, but the front desk did not help to contact the driver and just let me wait. When the driver finally came, I wanted to cancel the trip because I was afraid that I would not be able to come back due to the heavy snow, and I took the initiative to pay the penalty, but the driver wanted to charge 10,000 yen, which is equivalent to 483 yuan, saying that it was a company rule. I think this number is wrong because my own time was wasted and I didn’t receive a notice that my colleagues had to pay so much money. I wanted to bargain but the front desk was unwilling to help. The attitude was very impatient and rolled my eyes🙄. They showed a state of Japanese helping Japanese, and finally I had to pay. The front desk’s English was really bad.
