La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, las áreas comunes sucias, se escucha el ruido del restaurante en las recamaras. No me parece correcto que el mesero funga también como afanador, considero que es antihigiénico. El personal fue amable.

Les urgen extractores, el hotel huele a fritanga desde que cruzas la puerta de entrada. El olor se queda en las habitaciones y toda tu ropa termina oliendo así. Llegamos a las 5 pm y tardaron muchísimo en dar la habitación por que se la habían dado a alguien más y tuvieron que ir a sacarlos y volver a “limpiar”. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, se entiende el concepto rústico pero eso no significa que sea sucio, el piso de la regadera está sucio, es muy desagradable. Se nota una muy poca limpieza en las instalaciones en general. Para concluir, no avisaron que no tendrían servicio de alimentos a los huéspedes el día 1 de enero y su justificación fue “Nada está abierto el día primero” es un hotel con restaurante, lo mínimo q esperas es servicios al huésped, obviamente si nada está abierto que esperan que haga el huésped para comer?

Excelente ubicación , es una experiencia increíble me estuve tres días y la atención fue muy buena la decoración te transporta a otra época y la comida es inigualable la mejor opción para vacacionar en Parral lo recomiendo ampliamente aparte todo queda súper cerca

Es un hotel muy bonito patrimonio historico , el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones muy bonitas y confortables, se encuentra ubicado en el centro historico del Pueblo Mágico de Parral Chih, el restaurante se mantiene muy llenos de clientes y la comida suele tardar hasta 30 min, fuera de eso todo excelente!!!

El lugar es precioso y el mesero muy amable, pero te tienen esperando muchísimo para atenderte, para servirte hasta el café, y la la comida ní se diga, y llega además FRÍA 😒 Definitivamente no debes ir con el estómago vacío y dispuesto a esperar largo rato para que te sirvan... Muy, muy decepcionante ☹️
