We've stayed here several times for varying lengths of stay. The staff members at all levels are very welcoming. The room is always clean and tidy with no overwhelming scent. Love the walk-in showers. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty. There's plenty of places to sit to eat, read, converse. Place is very easy to find and there's not much street noise. I feel safe and comfortable here.

Don't book with points if you want to have a room. I made a reservation on points a week and a half out. When I arrived I was informed that they had oversold the hotel and that my only option would be to stay at the Best Western down the road. Called customer service and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never did pickup. Total CRAP!

I want to commend both Tabatha and Sarah for their wonderful customer service! I needed a room at the last minute on a crowded weekend and they came through for me! The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet great, but most importantly, the staff are terrific!
