Unser Aufenthalt im Balsamico Traditionell Suites auf Kreta war einfach unvergesslich! Das kleine, familiengeführte Hotel hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Besonders die Gastgeberin Maria hat sich mit viel Herz und Engagement um alle Gäste gekümmert. Ihre herzliche Art und aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, bei Freunden zu sein. Das Essen war hervorragend! Alle Gerichte waren frisch, lokal und mit Liebe zubereitet. Ein großes Lob an Marias Ehemann Michalis, der uns jeden Abend mit seinen kulinarischen Kreationen überrascht hat. Jedes Gericht war ein Genuss und spiegelte die lokale Küche Kretas auf authentische Weise wider. Ihre Tochter Stella hat mit ihrem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Dieses Hotel ist ein wahrer Schatz, abseits vom Massentourismus, und ideal für alle, die Erholung, echte Gastfreundschaft und authentisches Essen suchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Was für ein traumhafter Urlaub. Dies alleine ist nicht nur dem Wetter oder der Griechischen Küche zu verdanken. Sondern in erster Linie dem Hotel und dem dortigen Service. Maria die Herrin des Hauses, kümmert sich um jeden Gast wie ein Familienmitglied. Wünsche muss man nicht stellen, sie werden im Vorfeld erkannt. Das ist Leidenschaft im Formst. Ihr Mann ist der Chefkoch der die Gäste auf abwechslungsreiche Art verwöhnt. Ob ein leckeres Frühstücks Büfette oder das Abendessen. Einfach wahnsinnig lecker. Und auch die nächste Generation steht dort am Start. Die Tochter kümmert sich liebevoll und alle Gäste bei der Bewirtung oder von der Bar aus mit super Getränken. (Kleiner TIP. Ihr -Paloma Cocktail- ist der Beste) Und auch der kleine Hauswachhund ( 3 Monate alter Yorkshire ) kümmert sich um alle Gäste, damit es auch garnicht langweilig wird. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein große Danke an Maria und ihre Familie.

Balsamico suites is een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie. Het wordt gerund door een hele lieve familie bij wie niets teveel is om jou een heerlijke vakantie te geven. Het eten is fantastisch van ontbijt tot diner en alles door papa gemaakt. De suites zijn ruim en luxe en de schoonmaak is dagelijks door hardwerkende dames in deze temperaturen (33c). Maria und ihre Familie kümmern sich rührend um alle Belange ihrer Gäste. Es ist ein wirklich süßes Familien Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und sehe gutem Essen. Es lohnt sich wirklich Halbpansion zu buchen. Michaelis ist ein brillanter Koch. Das Essen war immer fabelhaft. Sollten wir Kreta nochmal besuchen, würden wir definitiv wieder dort einchecken. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Maria achtet einfach auf jede Kleinigkeit.

Een zeer rustige plaats voor uitstekend te relaxen. Ze hebben heerlijk eten en je word uitstekend bediend door een zeer lieve gastvrouw Maria en haar man als topkok met super lieve kinderen die de zaak goed mee runnen. Ze helpen je super met het geven van allerlei informatie! Vlakbij ligt een gezellig pleintje met restaurants en bars voor te vertoeven. Wij zijn met taxi naar dichtbij gelegen strandjes geweest. Gewoon een super vakantie gehad!

Balsamico is one of the best traditional suits around the old village of Hersonissos. At the moment we stepped in, all the members were extremely friendly and polite with us. The area of the pool was our cozy spot where we were able to order food and drinks at any time during the day. Our room was so nicely decorated based in stone details and the most important, it was clean and provided shampoo and shower gel. We will visit them again soon!

The hotel is located a few km from the sea in a quiet and easily accessible area. It has internal paid parking. The structure is very pleasant and excellently maintained. Swimming pool, bar and relaxation area available to guests. The rooms are large, clean and excellently furnished in a modern style; they have a safety box, small balcony and mini drying room. The suites are splendid: very spacious, well-kept and with frescoed ceilings. Breakfast is quality and is served according to a menu that varies every day. The hotel has a restaurant inside which serves overall very good dishes. The owner is an exquisite and extremely helpful person.

Authentic cuisine with fresh seasonal products prepared with great care...over 10 days we have never eaten the same thing. The breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. Maria and her husband are the most welcoming hosts you will ever meet. They bend over backwards to serve you. Maria makes a lot of effort to speak to you in French! Well done ! We feel good. The swimming pool is pleasant. Possibility of walking into the old town for a restaurant, a drink or shops, pharmacy and for small errands... Rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is a bit monotonous, location is very quiet and peaceful, there is no elevator only stairs, unfortunately the swimming pool is only open until 6:30 PM so a swim after a long day is not possible, the hostess and hasr son are very friendly.
