Red Roof Inn Hershey

the hotel is the best one for Hershy. 3 issues are present. broken light fixure fell as I slept, the bedsheets had pee stains and the ights filkerkerd . I still rate this dump as a five star hotel, even though the hotel is kinda horrfic. I saw no fences as they were demoshing the old pool buiding while guests were present. my room smelled like smoke and I hated it and we only had a coffee maker and a mivrove in the room. We spent 3 nights and Megan told me she needed a better place to stay. I told her no, this is the hotel for the whole trip. When we went back to Downtown denver, I wanted to let you know that they din't give as breckfast whitch was rude. but Next time this will be a 2.5 star exprece instad of 5.0 stars . Don't come here unless you wanna watch broken light fixures fall onto the floor.

Average room. The inside of the rooms has moderately been updated. The outside of the building has not. There was no office we checked in/out at the Best Western located beside it. I would not recommend because our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. All of the clothes in my suitcase stunk of it when I got home. The floor needed sweeping and the window was filthy.

The cons: There is no one working in office. You check in and out at the Best Western across the parking lot. Room was okay. Floor was very dirty (dirty socks), and drapes had holes. Ice machine is on 2nd floor and no elevator. You can get ice at the Best Western. Only one large bath towel in a room with 2 beds. The other 2 towels will dry you after a shower, but we’re the smaller towels that are usual in a budget motel. Metal flip over door latch musks f/broken (see picture). Pros: close to HersheyPark and outlet mall. Decent price for location, Altho still a bit high for what you get. Shower pressure good! I was pleasantly surprised. Other than the missing latch, I still felt safe with my young daughters. There is still a deadbolt. Everything seemed fairly clean except for the aforementioned floor. I stayed here a few years ago and it was better. There was a pool. It was spotlessly clean! It was newly remodeled and even my black light didn’t find anything. I would stay again if looking to be close to Hershey, but not more than one night.
