Irini Hotel

The location is central and the friendliness of the information office is top notch. The facilities were clean and there was a separate veranda where you could wash and dry your laundry, as well as a table and two chairs. The downside is that the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to turn around, and there is the inconvenience of not being able to fit your left foot into the toilet seat.

Non lo consiglio. Da fuori sembra ok. Una volta entati in stanza nascono problemi solo apparentemente banali ma che sottindendono un'approssimaxione e una scarsa cura dei dettagli. E sono soloni dettagli che fanno la differenza tra un buon hotel ed uno scadente......... Le stanze non hanno le luci (e neanche) i comodini al lato del letto. Se la notte devi andare in bagno o svegli tutti, accendendo la luce nella stanza, o vai al buio. Solo faretti incassati al soffitto che da 3 metri ti accecano..... Ma lo sanno che esistono cose che si chiamano abat-jour? Il bagno non ha prese elettriche.

Hotel in pieno centro scelto per una sola notte (per fortuna) dalla nostra comitiva perché coniuga la comodità del centro alla vicinanza all’aeroporto. E’ privo di parcheggio e l’unica soluzione è un parcheggio coperto difronte all’ingresso dello stesso hotel, alla modica cifra di 18 euro al giorno! Appena siamo giunti il portiere ci ha chiesto di saldare le camere, noncurante del fatto che non funzionasse il suo pos, ci ha chiesto il pagamento in contanti!!! (fortunatamente proprio fuori la porta dell’hotel c’è un atm). Nell’hotel il wifi NON FUNZIONA, seppure ci sono state date le password. La camera, per tre persone, molto piccola e soprattutto poco pulita, in particolare la doccia!!! Infine, se non bastasse, abbiamo chiesto dei cestini con la prima colazione (anche solo un cornetto) visto che l’orario della prima colazione era dalle 7,00 in poi e invece il nostro gruppo doveva partire alle 6,30 per prendere l’aereo. Il portiere è stato irremovibile!! No, non si può!!! Prezzo per una sola notte molto elevato, servizi inesistenti, ospitalità … sconosciuta! EVITARE

We stayed for a short time since it was to rest for a few hours while our plane left, but the room for 3 people was very adequate and the shower was quite good. The truth is that the hotel looks pretty good.

Makeshift hotel...it's fine at most for a couple of nights to visit Heraklion. Minimal breakfast. There is everything you need to sleep, let's say, but I wouldn't go beyond two nights. Welcoming guys in the lobby but I don't understand what's the point of having a fridge in the room if you can't even fit a bottle of water in it

Hotel very centrally located in Heraklion, between the sea and the city center. from my room you could see the sea with the pier and the castle. a stone's throw from the main street full of clubs and shops. The staff is very kind and available to provide any information and suggestions.

The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Not big but not too small either. Bed very good. The breakfast buffet is enough. You can't compare it with a big hotel but it's ok. The location is great for everything in the city. As is normal for a city hotel, the streets are not always quiet. But there is very little traffic on the street. The staff is very friendly and makes the stay pleasant. The hotel is definitely highly recommended.
