I’m a Hilton Honors member who almost always stays at Hilton brand suite hotels. We made a big mistake staying here. Main door has to be slammed shut. The pocket door for the bathroom sticks and is almost impossible to move. No one available who can help. No manager or maintenance person at hotel. Can’t move us to another room. We’re paying a lot of money to stay in a defective room. I can promise that it won’t happen again.

The pros: - The price is low. - Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable - The room itself is clean - All staff members were very friendly The cons: - Walls and ceilings were paper thin. I heard the ceiling creak with every footstep in the room above me. I heard every door open and close on the floor. I lost count of how many times I was woken up by the sound. - It looked like the halls hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. - Lights in the parking lot were all off when I arrived. They were on the next night, but upon arrival I wondered if the place was even open. - The free breakfast is not even worth that much. I had a banana and had no interest in anything else. (I think the round yellow discs were supposed to be eggs?) If you need a cheap place to stay, this qualifies. But there are better cheap stays in the area.

I have a very low bar when it comes to free breakfast, but this one fell far below that bar!!! Terrible! Dirty! Limited selection. Weak coffee. My poor opinion of this hotel began with my check in. Young woman had no hello or greeting. Just “last name”. Never even going over reservation with me. Room was clean. Pool and exercise room looked clean. Hallway noise was excessive. Not from loud people, but doors were not heavy. Bathroom door did not close. Shower was strong and water hot. Sorry to say, I would not recommend this hotel.

The lady at breakfast was rude. The pool was closed after getting told it was open. The tv in the room didn’t work, not connected to internet even which is supposed to come with the room. No juice or food after 10.

Checked in online and picked a room- which was not ready on arrival so was given another room. Not contactless checkin as had to go to front desk for keys. Room was clean but door stuck and would not close unless pushed really hard. Pool was out of order- bummer! Breakfast was fine- breakfast sandwiches, waffle maker cereals…

Kids screaming in the hallway for hours around midnight. No one at front desk. Dirty floors and walls. Worst Hilton stay I have had in a decade. Bathroom has a pocket door that can't be closed. Car charger finally worked but was in a small area hard to get to.

Convenient location with an excellent room, good breakfast and friendly staff. We will definitely stay again when in Rochester. The only minor issue was a badly scraped bathroom door which was unsightly

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed. DO NOT waste your money here! I arrived at my first room, the door was broke, the room looked like it was under renovation. My bathroom door got stuck. The manager was kind enough to change my room. My new room, the door does not shut all the way without you pushing it shut. There was no soap in my bathroom. Although the sliding bathroom door was hard to close, it did close, the lock doesn’t work. The shower is dirty with hair on the walls, a leak somewhere, and the showerhead can not move. My bedroom door handle spontaneously broke when I came back from breakfast. I have been here 14 hrs and if I was able, I would cancel the rest of my reservation and go to a different hotel! I have pictures AND video!!!!!! The pictures on their website are highly misleading!

The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff were amazing. Excellent service! They were all very friendly and polite. I came to this hotel last year and was so impressed that I came back again this year while visiting Rochester. You get your money worth.
