剛辦理入住看到窗户打開的，然後關好窗户就去朋友房間，出去吃飯，吃飯回來房間很濃的煙味，打電話讓前台來房間看一下，前台説是隔壁房間的煙味串過來了，讓關好門窗把空調打開，過了半個多小時還是很重的煙味，期間閨蜜也用了香水想掩蓋煙味，還是不行，因為出行也帶了寶寶，在我們強烈要求下才給我們換房，本來是可以避免出現我們使用房間內物品，可是打幾次電話，前台都不肯讓人來房間處理（真不解門窗關閉，隔壁房間是怎麼把煙味串進來的）

非常不錯，具有性價比，因為在衡山的緣故，所有的人都非常和氣，總體來説值得推薦，客服的態度也很好，是連鎖酒店的品質，早餐建議再豐富些。

酒店環境很好，房間還給升級送了早餐。娟娟服務意識很強，親自接送我們，耐心解答旅遊攻略，哪哪的工作人員都笑容滿面，讓人感覺暖心。
免費的高鐵站到酒店的來回接送，商務車乾淨漂亮，美女司機師傅人也非常好。高鐵站到酒店十分鐘很近。
酒店早餐較豐富，口味不錯。距離（南嶽裏景區）非常近，步行3-5分鐘，景區夜景非常漂亮，古鎮的感覺，還有好多節目。
附近吃的非常多，很便利，離南嶽大廟步行幾分鐘就到了。房間衞生乾淨寬敞，智能化，七樓還有洗衣房非常方便！
下次來，還住這裏。第一次點評寫這麼多，確實是服務細節做的很好
喜歡這個酒店，喜歡這個城市。
