老闆娘的態度非常差，本來大半夜去的晚了點兒，凌晨去的。叫老闆給開門，等了好長時間才開門，地方非常偏僻，很陰森很害怕。老闆娘説開空調要加20塊錢，實際上本人屋裡很涼快，根本就沒有怎麼開空調。想找她把20塊錢要回來，考慮到太晚了已經睡覺了就沒打擾她，沒跟他要，第2天延遲退房才1:30竟然還要跟我多收錢，太沒人情味了。
