Nice stay

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time! The rooms (suites) were large, exceptionally clean and efficiently designed. Beds were comfortable and had high-quality sheets. There is a kitchen area with a long counter containing a large sink along with a microwave, dishwasher, supplied dishware and a full refrigerator. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, a large shower and was supplied with plenty of towels. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and, during check-in, gave information about local events, venues and restaurants. The few items needed for the room during our stay were quickly provided from the store room. The breakfast area/lobby was very large and clean with plenty of tables and seating arranged to allow movement between them. The lobby has a long counter top with outlets that is convenient as a work area when using computers or charging cell phones. The hotel has a good gym and modern laundry equipment. Definitely plan to return to this outstanding hotel when in the Hendersonville area.

We stayed here for the central location on our trip to see the Biltmore House and hike waterfalls. It was a great choice. The rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable with a nice seating area. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The breakfast was good with several options-lots of protein for hubby who doesn’t eat sweets or bread, and yogurt with walnuts and apples for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Motel was clean all staff were very kind. Check in was easy pool was great breakfast was good.

This is my favorite Home2 so far. They had excellent customer service, and this is the only hotel I’ve stayed in that gave me a gift for being a Hilton Honors member.

Location, convenient to interstate. Atmosphere lots of road crew workers staying here. Which was a little uncomfortable for 2 women traveling. The rooms are very spacious. The rooms were clean 7/10. We had all the necessities provided. Parking was impossible to find a spot, and when we found a spot it was in a very dark area of the parking lot. Price was definitely high. A couple of times we went down to the front desk to try and get snacks from snack area and no one ever came out to ring us up. So we were honest and did not take any snacks. A little noisy. The person working the night shift looked like he had not had a shower or washed his hair in days. Overall 6-7 rating.

Very clean and new property. Fit our group of 5 nicely. Breakfast was good with make your own waffles. Oat milk and beyond sausage nice for vegetarian diet. Sofa bed was comfortable.

Let me say first of all I would give a rating of no stars, if I could. I never leave reviews, but this was a nightmare experience. I have traveled extensively here and abroad. Never had such an experience! I made a reservation…when we arrived they could not find my reservation…I had two confirmed confirmation numbers. Proof that my credit card had been charged. They had charged my card, but could not find my reservation. We were treated very poorly and rudely. Clerk was more interested in looking a his phone..than finding what had was wrong. After one hour, had to leave this hotel and find another hotel. Please do yourself a favor, skip this hotel. It took three days to get the room charge removed from my credit card.
