Hôtel à fuir ! Plus que vieillissant, dans un état ! Le spa est dans un état déplorable, rouille de partout (piscine, spa…), sale, pas nettoyé, serviettes mal lavées, trace aussi de rouille sur TOUTES les serviettes. Chambre pas bien nettoyée également. Service laisse à désirer. Bref loin de valoir un 4 étoiles. A fuir

Great location but very average hotel. Over priced. View of pipes - unsightly and unpleasant. Definitely not 4 star. Room air con not working. Very uncomfortable sleep. Won’t be back.

Sejour pas mal mais pas de climatisation, a 40 degres difficile, chambre spacieuse mais detail propreté a revoir.

Accueil sympathique. Chambre agréable avec une excellente literie et un petit balcon avec vue sur la plage d’Hendaye. Bon petit déjeuner mais prix trop élevé (22€ / personne ! ) c’est plus qu’un mercure ou un Sofitel. Parking sous terrain prohibitif (28€ par jour !) une honte !! Spa marin spacieux et très agréable. Bons équipements.
Infrastructures malgré tout un peu vieillissante qui mériterait une rénovation.
