Horrible hotel, dirty rooms, filthy elevators, dirty hall and reception without care left to itself, rust and broken glass on the emergency doors in the corridors. Non-existent assistance. The dirty rooms (as I have seen 3) full of dust, bed not made, dirty floor, peeling walls and without a telephone (if we felt bad we could not call anyone) shower door with mold and a water pump that guest should have used after shower as everything gets flooded. Rise between the bathroom door and bedroom dangerous because if you didn't see it you would fall and break your head. TV with electric wires hanging from a dangling electric shoe, old dated furniture. Carpeted hallways and dirty floors. In the breakfast room there was no one to check who had breakfast and who didn't .. so anyone could come in and eat .. even if they had only taken the room without breakfast.
Only one employee in the whole hotel at check-in, a young girl named Rosa who, to my complaints about all the paradoxical situation of filth and abandonment in which the hotel and the rooms were pouring, obviously started crying and ran away in the back office not knowing what to do, not knowing the classification of her hotel and complaining that she was alone in the whole hotel and there was no manager. Unfortunately we really had to make do having paid in advance and despite contacting Trip.com assistance we were unable to leave because there was no availability elsewhere (according to you). We are awaiting the outcome of the request for a full refund of the stay and the ruined holiday due to a situation of discomfort and discomfort in what was supposed to be a 4-star hotel but I assure you that it is not even half.
