剛剛入住時感覺前台服務態度還不錯，衞生還好，離火車北站近。就是離口岸鬧市區遠，打車要10元左右。周邊吃飯不是很方便。我入住當天是在攜程網上訂的，用會員積分抵扣衹付了154元，本想想再續住二天，在攜程網上是182元的價，前台卻説訂不了，攜程網把她的價格搞亂了等，要等明天到前台出價格才能訂，第二天漲價到200多。其實，那天晚上我要在網上續訂應該是可以訂的，就憑利豐商務酒店這種利益薰心的態度，我就不想再在這裏住了，第二天我就退房了。

房間挨着路，玻璃隔音效果非常差，我住7樓，路上人講話聲都能聽到，摩託車，汽車，拖拉機聲音更是吵的沒有辦法睡。衞生間淋雨器，兩個頭都有問題，到處漏水，酒店配的洗髮水和沐浴露根本沒有辦法用。
