There is no elevator in this hotel. The little girl at the front desk opened the room on the 2nd floor and helped us carry the big box upstairs. Thank you here. Room facilities are average, the lighting is very dark, and the bathroom hot water is better.

The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.

The room is very clean but not friendly for non smoker. The location is at the centre of the town. Plenty of minimarts and resraurants nearby the hotel. The female owner is very kind and helpful.

The room was very warm at minus 5 degrees Celsius at night, and the lady at the front desk was still enthusiastic. My friend was traveling through Heishui and was attracted by the beautiful scenery of Dagu Glacier and Yangrong Hard. He decided to stay for 2 days and booked Platinum View Hotel through Ctrip. The hotel is newly built, with all new facilities. It is next to the Blackwater River, and the rushing river is quite spectacular. Parking is available at the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute walk to the county center. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is a good choice to stay at this hotel when traveling to Heishui.

非常好的酒店，新開的。陳設都很新，房間超大！起碼40平，落地窗也超大，視野開闊。滿意滿意

酒店可能比較少接待港澳客人，以致在登記證件時發生了一些誤會，不過酒店員工態度也不錯，經溝通後順利解決 第二天早餐時間過了，酒店也照樣安排早餐，這點很有人情味值得一讚 另外酒店在該區感覺也算比較高檔，整體性價比也不錯

After a good night's sleep, the whole person feels rejuvenated. There is also a coffee shop, a small bar, and a bookstore downstairs where you can check in. I am also very satisfied with the landlord's service. He is enthusiastic but not too intrusive. He also tastes local walnut coffee for free, which is great👍 I will stay here again next time I come here

這家民宿非常安靜，主人裝修得不錯，雖然不高級但是性價比很高，房間也乾淨，和朋友爬雪山訂了他們家，爬完山回來本來退房時間已經過了，但是主人還是給我們開了一間房讓我們換衣服，非常貼心
