Ein modernisiertes Luxus Hotel im Charm vergangener Tage. Mit den klassizistischen Bauten entlang der Strandpromenade führt Heiligendamm nicht ohne Grund den Namen die "Weiße Stadt am Meer". Leider ist der Ort noch nicht vollends touristisch erschlossen.

Super entspannter Urlaub.
Wie immer super entspannter Urlaub.
Der Service war wie gewohnt sehr gut man fühlt sich sehr wertgeschätzt.
Das Personal achtete jederzeit auf unser Wohlbefinden das nicht fehlte.
Frühstück wie immer super reichhaltig ich denke es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir hatten auch einen sehr schönen Abend im Friedrich Franz Restaurant,
vielen Dank an unsere Kellner und Kellnerinen.

Mehr Schein als sein
Die Lage ist zweifelsohne top. Aber das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend eines Facelift. Angesichts des dortigen überzogenen Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses ist das Hotel einfach zu teuer. Beim Frühstück wurde beispielsweise ab 10:00 Uhr kaum noch nachgelegt und kein Geschirr mehr abgeräumt. Dies geht überhaupt nicht bei einem Hotel in diesem Segment.

Tolle Lage am Meer
Tolles Hotel, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service lässt doch etwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere beim Frühstück sind definitiv zu wenig Mitarbeiter eingesetzt. Das Warten auf den ersten oder zweiten Kaffee dauert sehr lange… In Summe ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man hat das Gefühl, das einfach zu wenig Mitarbeiter vorhanden sind

Die Seele sind die Mitarbeiter
Das ganze Paket mit Location, Zimmer, Bar, Restaurants war hervorragend, wobei die Seele und der ganze Charme erst perfekt wird mit den sehr professionellen, zuvorkommenden und diskreten Mitarbeitern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben wunderbar entspannt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
