我是在攜程商旅上預訂的，公司已經全額付款了房費，在前台登記入住的時候，也明確了。
讓我付了800的按金，我一早8點就退房了，按金遲遲沒有退。到了下午4點多的時候，退了我196.01，竟然重複又扣了房費！！
莫名其妙！這可是希爾頓酒店，酒店管理存在嚴重問題！！！
