衞生：不是新開業的酒店，之前酒店改名字的，所以不是很新，衞生也一般般。
環境：如果睡眠不好的人千萬別住，樓下特別喧鬧，買東西市方便，但是吵的人受不了。
服務：沒見過這麼差的，訂了五間房，都有濃烈的煙味，不是剛剛抽過那種，是長年累月積累的煙油味道。因為預訂時備註了無煙房、儘量安靜，所以提出換一間，前台告知無同級別房型，必須補差價升房型。結果換到一間更小很吵鬧的角落房，無奈聯繫攜程客服，然後商家就變戲法似的變出兩間原本預訂的房型，而且不是角落。
預訂了5間房分佈5個樓層，被告知每層衹有一間雙床，換房時根本不是，而是故意把角落房都安排給攜程客户。
第一次辦入住時可以給兩張房卡，再官方房間就死活不同意就説衹能一張，後來硬要了一張取電卡。
關於服務，酒店除了前台就是停車場裏一個男性工作人員，就這倆人提供服務。每次給前台打電話，都是停車場工作人員上來處理。
設施：這個酒店停車場是半地下室改造，270度轉角，小小空間擠滿了車，如果不是四驅根本很難出來，一直踩油門也打滑上不去，幾次差點刮車，進出都用了將近10分鐘，心驚膽戰的。
一樓到二樓沒有電梯，如果不是從停車場進去，需要自己爬一層樓梯，帶箱子的話不是很方便。
早餐很差，起碼在廣西的其他9天都比這家酒店吃的好。
