For a three-star, this is a really good hotel. The rooms are generous in size, modern and nicely designed. The pool area is very pleasant and the restaurant and lobby area are spacious and comfortable. It’s not cheap but then nothing in Healdsburg is.

Bad reception as we walked in. The girl checking us in never smiled and was very cold. The rooms are extremely small even for two adults. Noisy rooms. You can hear people upstairs stomping and voices. They dont honor celebrations like 25th wedding anniversary at all. Construction in the building seems cheap and fan in bathroom continually running is annoying. Pillows and bedding and bed are cheap and subpar. One good thing is Devin and the shuttle into Healdsburg Square. We've decided not to use marriott properties EVER again.

very nice hotel, not fancy but looked like it had just opened, modern features, nice pool area. breakfast was good, they had a wine tasting in lobby and we very much enjoyed their free shuttle into town. Check in was a little slow but not a major problem, staff was very nice- good location with easy access to freeway

I recently spent the weekend here for a Sonoma wedding, and I loved this hotel. The breakfast spread was fantastic, for starters. Lots of variety. And the hotel staff were on top of it, clearing tables quickly and making sure everything was restocked to keep pace with the demand. Love the lobby and the lobby bar, too. 24/7 coffee, so easy to grab a cup and chill, maybe watch TV. The room & especially the kitchen were clean and well appointed. It was great to be able to store our local winery whites in the fridge, for a nightcap on the room balcony. And then there's Healdsburg and the surrounding area: charming, full of great food & great wine, and scenic. The perfect getaway, whether for a weekend or longer. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and can't forget their convenience shuttle. A Mercedes van, no less. And the gym! Not some typical, dumpy hotel gym with one treadmill, a physioball, and a few free weights. This gym makes it possible to get in a decent workout!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel near Healdsburg. The good: price was considerably less than hotels right in the town. They have a shuttle that takes guests into town, but it was an easy 5 minute drive, and parking in Healdsburg was abundant during the time we were visiting. (Low season) Common areas were pleasant; plenty of room to spread out during the breakfast hours. The pool areas and third floor patio were also nice spaces. The less good: This is definitely a chain hotel (Marriott) with a feeling to match. There was nothing that felt unique about the hotel. The breakfast was similar to that of a Hampton Inn. But it was only served until 9 AM, while seemed a bit early to us. (And they really did close doors on the dot of 9 AM). Also, there were no bagels or English muffins on the last two days of our stay; toast only. That seemed very odd. Our room was fine, though a couple of things were broken when we arrived. (And not fixed). There was a mixup with maid service, so one day when we were expecting service, we had none. (They only offer it every 3 days, but you can ask for it to be done more than that). This is a perfectly adequate chain hotel, but I’ve stayed at others like it that were more efficient.

Great hotel close to downtown. Very large and spacious rooms. Used the gym with a great selection cardio and weight options. Location is close to so many tasting rooms, great restaurants and wineries. They offer a shuttle down town for those who don’t want to walk.

This is my second time staying here, both times as part of a larger group reservation. The hotel is convenient for special event stays: good location, the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The format is that of Residence by Marriott, i.e., you can have a mini kitchen and a "living room", which is convenient if you are traveling with kids and/or +1's. This is a no-frills property, so don't expect a 5-star experience but there is a sauna, a pool, a cold plunge, and a happy hour setup if relevant. Small but adorable detail, given that you are in the wine country, they have a concierge robot named Rosé that delivers snacks and wine to your room.

Stated here again with my spouse for a wine country wedding. Was amazing hospitality and accommodations. Hotel was super clean and in good repair. Free breakfast and evening wine tastings were great. Most impressive was the team that worked there. From Checkin , shuttle drivers, bar staff , housekeeping and managers. All were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kim , Sherrie , Lauren , Janet , Thaddius , Devon , Ryan, Christian, Susie, Derek and entire team were amazing ! Healdsburg is awesome too. So many wine tasting rooms and great shops and restaurants/ bars / cafes in downtown square. Such a large very little community to explore. Wine country without the crowds and pretense air Napa! We will be back for sure. Thank you Hotel Trio team !!

I stayed at Trio on my birthday weekend because I wanted to go wine tasting but also spend some relaxing time at the hotel. It was clean , relaxing , loved the wine dispenser. Very helpful staff. Love that they offered a shuttle to down town Healdsburg. Very close to restaurants and wineries. At night I took advantage of the fire pit area. The pool was nice and clean and they had towels already on each lounge. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms are large and roomy. Hotel Trio made my birthday weekend one of the best.
