Best Western Hazlet Inn

After a nice walk from Hazlet station, I was allowed to check in to my room early in the morning, many thanks. Breakfast area was also quite nice, with fruits available.

Not very convenient room layout . No swimming pool. Very friendly personnel

Staff was helpful and promptly tended to my requests.

Stayed here 2 nights recently for a concert in the area. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Our room was nicely appointed and clean. The front desk clerk Nancy was absolutely delightful and very helpful. My only complaint was the lack of a microwave in our King Suite room but there’s one in the common area that we used whenever we needed so just a minor inconvenience really. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.

The room was very clean and freshly updated. Desk staff was pleasant. It was great for our quick overnight stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, pillows and mattress comfy. Even the breakfast was far better than the typical faire.

Room and internet were great. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and you are definitely on your own for that, but there is good fruit and good beverages (nothing fancy, but you get some food in your system).

Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on.
