We were given outstanding service by the team at the venue. We were offered and accepted a quiet spot to check in with complimentary tea or coffee. That extra service standard was maintained throughout our weekend stay by all the staff who were all professional, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very good both for breakfast and evening meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

After a six hour drive, we arrived at the Queens Inn. We were immediately impressed with the reception we received and the friendliness of the staff. We had delicious food, including pork belly and ribeye steak. The rooms were large and comfortable. Overall it was the friendliness of the staff and the way we were made to feel exceptionally welcome that really made the stay worthwhile. I think that this is the best place to stay in the immediate area and I have no hesitation in recommending this place wholeheartedly and fully to all other travellers particularly those who reach the area after a long journey this place really is a warm and friendly sanctuary.

We stayed in room 12,a very comfortable room with a/c and well equipped with fridge and coffee maker and good sized mugs. We had the best homemade pizzas fresh from the pizza oven,absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the breakfast with locally sourced products. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Ample parking and the hotel is close to the town. We would definitely stay here again.

Went to stay in Hawkhurst for a wedding. The Inn was easy to book, reception on arrival very welcoming Really enjoyed my stay, felt very comfortable, well looked after by staff Room clean and had everything needed Would definitely recommend to friends and family Car park good Food was well presented and tasty

What a wonderful place to stay. From the moment you arrive they can’t do enough for you. A free tea or coffee in the snug area before they show you to your room. Lovely comfy bed, fresh bathroom with complimentary toiletries and an excellent full English breakfast all included. We also ate in the restaurant on the night of our stay and my Sunday roast was excellent. I will definitely be visiting here again in the near future and would highly recommend it to others.

My wife stayed for one night and had a fantastic stay! The staff were exceptional and the full English breakfast was delicious and not to be missed. My special thanks to all the staff again, who looked after my wife - she hasn't stopped talking about the stay! Enjoy the chocs :)

We stayed for one night in room4 and were delighted . Large room , enormous bed and very quiet. Everything spotlessly clean . Above all , without exception the staff were so helpful and polite - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast , speedily served

We had a lovely stay here for a family wedding. Really friendly welcoming staff, great rooms, super clean and loads of nice touches in the room. Loved the water and canister of cold milk for the morning. Bathroom was spotless and had lovely shower gel & shampoo. Thanks for a lovely stay! Breakfast the next morning was lovely and in a nice cosy restaurant room!
