InTown Suites Extended Stay Hattiesburg

This place needs to be condemned and never reopened again. Or tear it down to build and start over fresh. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. From the despicable customer service I have received to the blatant disregard for customers safety and well being. InTown suites needs the health inspector to visit as soon as possible! I booked a week stay because it was all I could find on a short notice and I hadn’t seen any reviews yet. Day 1, I noticed roaches crawling and being all over the place. I informed the front desk and the manager told me that they will have Orkin come and spray. And the cleaning women told me “they are doing the best they can.” I bought cleaning supplies as well because bugs started popping out of everything and everywhere. And as the cleaning ladies mentioned they are doing their best and it’s clearly a lot for them to keep properly cleaned. I cleaned the room for three days and roaches kept coming. I bought raid and roaches kept coming. I tried to inquire about getting my money back and seeing if there would be any sort of compensation for the items that I had to CLEAN their room with. There is triple clean policy on their website that they are not abiding by. I spoke with a Michelle over the phone who was absolutely disgustingly rude and condescending. These are the kind of people you all have working for you? Especially when you all are in the wrong! Piss poor business practices and standards. There is no corporate number to call and express your grievances. I have filled out 35 customer support forms and no one has gotten back to me. I filed a claim with the BBB and they couldn’t get any answers from them because InTown Suites ignored emails, and telephone calls. When I asked to speak to supervisors, Michelle told me that “they don’t do that, and she couldn’t give me any other information.” They say they will pass the information along but it doesn’t seem like they honestly do. I also have proof of all of the allegations that I have made and sent it to them. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, SANITY, and PEACE OF MIND!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH INTOWN SUITES, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Staff was very helpful and friendly was a quiet place needed a few up dates

This property was dirty and was not staffed with people who would be available to assist a customer. We had trouble getting checked in because they have one elevator and it is small. We had to make several trips. Check out was worse. The key card stopped working at 10:30. So we had to track someone down to let us get all of our belongings out of the room. We brought down one load and we could not get back in to get the rest. When we asked what happened they told us it just how it works. There was also broken glass in the hall. Cleaning people just walked past it several times.

I picked this place because it's a long term stay place and I travel for work. I AM a NIGHT WORKER so I sleep during the day. I TOLD the front desk this upon check in, hoping no one would disturb me. I booked this room for 6 nights. Days 1-4 I was woke up EVERYDAY by staff here. First for "safety checks", house keeping several times and a "fire drill". I can understand the fire drill but I told them that I didn't want to be disturbed! I got so frustrated with being woke up thatbI decided it wasn't worth trying to sleep here so nights 4 and 5 when I got off work I decided to make a many hours back home just to be able to sleep without rude people waking me up. The bed was uncomfortable, place is loud by people outside and doors slamming shut. The room wasn't very clean.
