Accommodation in a good location near BigC extra (walk a little bit). Easy to travel, close to the main road ＞＞ Songthaew Win Motorbike Easy to find food, alley near Bangkok Hospital, Hat Yai. The room looks old, in the original resident style. The lights in the room are not very bright. Amenities＞＞Water heater, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator There is a large sink and a wide balcony. Ample parking There is a private car that is easily parked.

The hotel was really nice and relaxing. The room was good, clean, and spacious. However, the only downside we experienced was the access card given to each room and the automated glass down to access the room and exit the room outside. Each room was given only 1 access card. Hence, my family members will need to get out of the room to tap the glass door at the walkway for me to go in. The next morning, when we tried to wave at the automated glass door to exit, the door was not working. We tried to look for other exits, but couldn't. Since it was early in the morning, we waited a while to be seen by the staff at level 2. Was told by the staff that the battery died off. Hence, the door was not working. Did feedback to the staff on this as this can get serious if unforseen event happens. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay here.

We reached the hotel early at around 8am. Left our luggage with the hotel and went out for a walk in the day market which was about 10 - 15mins walk from the hotel, thanks to the helpful directions given by the hotel staff. Checkin was a breeze and the staff let us check in earlier at around 12.30pm as there was rooms available. Room decor is basic with a ceiling fan to augment the aircon to cool down the room quicker. It looks like the same liquid soap used for hand wash and bathe. There is hot water for shower, but there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers provided. Can't remember if a kettle and bottled water were provided but there is a provision shop beside the hotel to purchase bottled water. Location of the hotel is in between the Hat Yai train station and the day / night market.

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

Location far away from city, suitable for these travel with own transport. Hotel room clean, quiet & relax environment. Booked room with breakfast, not much choice, but the foods taste very delicious. Me & my friends enjoyed it so much. Will come back again on my next trip.

Spacious room,cleanliness is at top notch..the only disadvantage, the location is abit outside the city and hard to get street halal food ..however,it is easily accessible via grab if ure not a fussy person.. Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

The location is very near to Kim Yong market and walking distance to Lee Garden Hotel area. But I think this hotel need to upgrade their cleanliness standard and the tiles. The bathroom tiles is very slippery and the bathroom doesn't have the handle for elderly. The blanket is so dirty. The international socket is doesn't work. No power supply

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .
