The living room also features armchairs, a TV, and a DVD-player.A steep set of stairs will take you to the upper floor, where you will find an interesting piece of furniture: an old “beggars bench”. In the olden days people would place such a bench outside of their homes to signal that homeless beggars, who often travelled around the countryside, were welcome to knock on the door, for a bite to eat and a bed for the night. The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom (without a door) with two single beds.A path leads from the garden to the river Vieån. There are lanterns in the house in case you want to bring them down to the river after dark, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the evening. Fishing possibilities.
