I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was very new and the front desk was quite nice. But when I checked out, I found out that the hotel didn't even check my reservation! They didn't even ask me on the first and second nights, and didn't even confirm whether I had prepaid reservations. They just charged my credit card for the room fee? The key point is that I didn't know at all! I thought it was a pre-authorization, so I handed over my credit card stupidly. Didn't they even need to sign the bill when swiping my card? Didn't they even confirm the amount with me when swiping my card? Can I only blame myself? I can only say that the service in North America is really bad! The service is so bad and they are basically too sensitive to be criticized and should be respected.

The room is simple and comfortable. The lake view is nice. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is too poor. I was woken up by the construction of the hotel in the morning. The noise was too loud.
